Free Diabetic Shoe Clinic at the Library!
Kentucky Homeplace is hosting a Free Diabetic Shoe Event at the Jackson County Public Library! If you have insurance and have met your deductible, you may qualify to receive diabetic shoes at no cost to you.

A Certified Pedorthist will be on-site to assist with fittings and answer any questions.

To participate, you’ll need to bring:
✔️ A completed Foot Examination Form
✔️ A signed Statement of Certifying Physician
