The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program is a nationwide challenge that encourages parents and caregivers to regularly read aloud to their children.
Where do we start?
By reading just one book a night, families can reach the 1,000-book goal in three years and provide their children essential early literacy skills.
How do I sign up?
On our Beanstack's website! Simply make an account and log when you read to your child. Your child will receive badges and rewards on the way to 1000s books!
Jackson County Public Library District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
