Introducing Emily, our friendly and hardworking Library Services Assistant! Emily brings energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for serving the community to everything she does at the library.

Originally from southeastern Kentucky, Emily has called Jackson County home for the past two years. Whether she’s shelving new arrivals, tidying up the children’s area, or setting up for an upcoming event, she plays a key role in keeping the library inviting and well-organized.

Her approachable nature and can-do attitude make her a favorite among both patrons and staff. From answering quick questions at the front desk to helping with behind-the-scenes tasks, Emily is always ready to lend a helping hand.
